Teammates are very helpful. Not too much work pressure but sometimes it is like on the occasion of Durga pooja, diwali etc.

Dislikes

There is job security, growth is very slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
