This is 1 St company to start up my career, so I cannot forget it . I got good learning experience in that company

Working atmosphere and we should not use slippers inside, many times foreign body like copper injected into my foot.only small issues

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
