Don't work in Geeksforgeeks. There is no job security. Upper management takes instinctive bad decisions. They are ruthless. They don't consider loyalty and honestly. Whoever buttered them they will stay. They fired whole of the team who built gfg from the scratch. Fired everyone and hired interns. Whatever job opening are ther in job portal are all expired and jobathon they are fake marketing it because in backend there are no such job openings. They are fooling market , candidates and HRs...Read More

Work culture is pathetic. At any given point of time they will change your team. They will not pay than your worth. They don't provide tissues at washroom (apparently cost cutting) , lights will get off at day time (apparently energy saving). CEO after first round of firing no one will get fired and from next day second round of firing started. I recommend no one even interns don't join this toxic company...Read More

Liking there nothing to like in geeks for geeks. I’ve had a horrible experience working with them.They’re very unprofessional.HR of this company is not HR’S they’re firing machines.They have fired 100s of people since January to till date without any prior notice.This happens with me also last Friday they announced there are some UPS installations happening in the entire floor so everyone will working for home on Friday. I was not aware that in mid of afternoon they’ll revoke my access to my mail id without any discussion also they have that much of audacity. I was shattered at that time I don’t how to react what to do??? Still i coping with this trauma trying to get out of pain and applying for company. I hope they’ll get what they deserve....Read More

During my time there, I encountered an extremely unprofessional atmosphere with a concerning lack of regard for employment welfare.There was a prevalent culture of strict micromanagement and no appreciation for the hard work pit in by team members. Unfortunately, this environment did not foster growth or support for career development. All I liked about GFG is gone. I was really started facing depression but I noticed that when I left GFG in frustration without having any offer in-hand.

Everything including micro-management, 6 days working (unofficial), laying off people on daily basis, no real task (higher management is doing illogical task just to show dependency), no proper planning to do any task, uncertainty, in every two months they change the sitting, they see you from cctv and indirectly question you, if you will go away from your seat even for 10 mins. Every single employee in GFG is either get laid off by them, or they are resigning because of their toxic culture and dictatorship behaviour....Read More

There is too much politics in this company. Especially in the sales department, No one lets you move forward. There will be unnecessary gossip about you, there will be gossip about your personal life because the manager here is so free. They make fake promises to do this or that but do nothing. There is just zero in the name of learning. Team grows only where managers are good.
