I report directly to the directors of the company and my interactions with them are always a learning experience & enriching. The work environment is really fun and the attitude of the employees is also very positive and vibrant. Its a five days working company so its easy to strike a balance btwn work & personal life. I have been appraised once by the directors and got a very satisfying hike.

Dislikes

the only drawback about working here is that I am not appreciated for my work, I word hard and have a strong work ethic but all of it always goes unnoticed and this is very demotivating at times.

My work as an HR Manager is very exciting and filled with a lot of dynamic challenges. I try my best to tackle the presented challenges in the best possible way.my work involves all of interaction with various stake holders on a daily basis.
