The working environment of the company is excellent.Specially for womens its a nice place of .working.womens can plan their long time career with ge capital.In my five years of tenure i had enjoyed the most work with fun.There are lots of fun activity over the floor which employee can enjoyed the most.In my tenure i had got 7 increments in my salary ,3 awards and 1 promotion.This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global client base....Read More

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. Growth must be speed up.

generally speaking ,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product collection of the credit card.Maintain the data of day to day collections.all the cycles of the credit cards.normalization and stabilization of the card.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
