It is worst school, long working hours , zero % job security , school can fired you when ever they want, School policies are changed each and every day, They have treated you as slave , even they can slap you in working hours and infront of students also. Salary payment never be on time, even deducted salary in COVID period not paid after giving the commitment, School are running with over management actually which is not required, And work pressure is as like that corporate level, You have to complete your target in results , and one more thing they are not sure in each and every task, Unplanned work will come to you after working hours. Long working hours already from 7.00-4.30. It's fell like humiliation, role of cheef mentor is too high, every work will be done by him only, principal role is same as like security guard, nothing is in her hand....Read More

I have been working in GDGIS since it's inception. I have witnessed the organisation growing. The atmosphere is really good and staff is always supportive.

Dislikes

The timing is too long but it is justified too as it's a day boarding.
