Nothing, they are ridiculous. They cut half of your salary in the name of security. Work pressure is unmanageable. You will not have any personal life. GAV sucks

No system is there inside.The teachers are kept on changing.Anytime they can say to to discontinue your job when they get a cheaper teacher than you.
