Worst culture, no life only work, you have to work as a donkey. You will get training but after training you become a slave, if you work good and make it better it will harm you because no salary increases but work load increases. Full of politics between engineers, service advisor having ego issue. If you do good you will get attention but it will kill you also by excessive work load.
