In the recent event of growing Gartner India Centre of excellence- poor management has been hired who is absolutely incapable of leading organization. Afraid that a very good organization is going to be let down cause of poor selection of people who lead. The only interest they have currently is self- oriented. Directly calling out managers like - Rahul Sharma and Ankita Sethi

After the recent merger of CEB - managers from heritage Gartner have taken cover and mostly hide behind a mask, no one is aware of the company’s vision or gaol for the next year and is kept as a secret. Moreover Managers have used their powers incorrectly targeting the people who have opinions and would want to learn more about the system. Great work culture. Colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful. Horizontal hierarchy and everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid. They are focused on not only hiring people with skills but also with a good attitude and great behavior. An excellent management to rely on.

Not everyone in the senior management is as great as most of them. They are dedicated to the only product they have hence it could be a challenge for the IT team in the future.
