The Design team works under a shadow and has a restricted 🚫 mind set. There is high level of micro management No creative freedom Fear culture And it’s not at al good for long run.

The best company to work with with understanding employees . No ego in the upper management they are very friendly to discuss your problems. Flexibility to work from home. No strict 9-5 hours

Teammates are very co-operative and understanding. You will learn new things everyday. Work-life balance is very good. Everything that you wish for will be fulfilled at Gartner. One of the best companies I have worked with in my 14 years career.
