Dislikes

Too much office politics. Hazy sales policies, cut throat competition. In the MSE segment, the sales managers will do things to pull you down, and they love gossiping about your personal and professional aspects.

Great work culture. Colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful. Horizontal hierarchy and everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required.
