Work-life balance is great. If you are in a good team, you can be at your productive best. Recent office facility is swanky.

Dislikes

a) Indian leadership is denting the image of Gartner. They are extremely biased, slyly promote favourism and they decisions are greatly driven by the intent of self benefit. They'd rarely put their foot down for their subordinates in front of the leadership. b) HR seems to be the PR arm of leadership. In last 7 years with Gartner, I've had numerous interactions with the HR and they never try to understand your perspective and even before you finish, they have a templatized, management-driven answer ready for you. c) Poor compensation. Laughable is that they simply deny that their competitors are giving better compensation than them, Gartner is bleeding talent.
