Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

The work with them is really my best part of life. I learned here many things. I appreciate will rejoin them.

Dislikes

Everything was fine. But lots of pressure. Late evening work. Holiday and Sunday times I was working hard. But no value of people. They just used me to make market at new place to start new operation. After they just taking fresher at lower salary on same place. As at last they just used me. Overall not bad.
