I like nothing about State Street Pune

Dislikes

I dislike management doing partially, every 2nd person is no talking to each other, people are taking everything personally, they don't understand professionalism. Most imp part is managers are supporting toxic people. No training plans for new joiners only high expectation. Managers are not listening to any issues in even one on one. Toxic workplace.

Specific to my process, not sure about others 1. Very toxic culture as well as harrassment atmosphere. 2. No support from managers, unactionable, uncared about what was happening in the team 3. Although sufficient leaves are available but management creates issue in granting leaves. 4. No clarity related to growth/promotion. 5. Uncertainty of job in terms of layoffs. 6. No backfills/backups incase someone leaves the organization, have to work with limited resources. 7. Huge work load impacting the physical as well as mental health of the employee, 11-12 hours. 8. I was very bad experience about state street if your performance is good still your not consider not good for this. in this organisation very High politicals happen. Just because of your doing good but not listen manager every decision if they are wrong still you said it's correct. I don't like this behaviour.

Don't like anything very bad experience. They fire me without any reason. Just my movement happened one team to other so they fire me.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

It's a big brand and employee benefits are good like transportation, insurance etc.

Used to be good between 2017-21 but then some top management and middle management positions were filled with micromanaging individuals who spoiled the merit based culture that used to be there. Politics, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. Being a fresher I got into the organization with low package. I have got recognization from manager and clients too but Inspite of giving my 100% and getting recognization they have not increased my salary

Corporate Culture is very good. We do over work within time. It helps to boost over knowledge also career growth.

Sometimes we need wrok from home, but work from home facility is not granted. Also needed good people to helps understand the process of over work.

Work life is ok but salary can't good for old employees. This salary will as per 2008-2010 market. This 2025 year every product pice will double but salary is same as 2008 market.
