They don't pay salary on time. Lots of politics. When you will decide to leave the company they will harass you. They don't enhance your salary with promotion. HR is very rude. I have wasted my six months of life in this organization.

There was a communication gap between client & company higher management. The immediate supervisor was lacking the authority to take the internal decision on his own & not even bothered to listen to the actual concern of the employee. They were taking the action against the employee even when they told them about the medical emergency at home & even produced the valid documents. Moreover, client had such a narrow mindset that he didn't even consider the valid reason & fired the employee. I don't think such a person ever move ahead with such a negative mindset...Read More
