It has a great work culture where sharing ideas were welcome. There was freedom to share thoughts and ideas, and the management listened to them with open arms.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about Sportswizz. They reward deserving people and maintain great work culture.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
