Growth is very slow, opportunities are given to same people eg, transition. Salary is less. Earlier there was work life balance, but not anymore.management is also biased.

To begin with, The main factor I liked about Gallagher was, the opportunity and support they were giving to those who are interested in clearing certifications in insurance domain to reach designation equal to Underwriter. At the same time, work culture and team bondings were great and people tend to involve a lot.

Dislikes

Firstly, Internal politics and lack of learning opportunities. People who does the hard work ends up not getting proper rewards. Secondly, Team managers tend to favour those who are close to them. There were many instances were I faced the consequences of partiality which can be a bit disappointing even when you are a person who give s 100% effort. Work life balance was always there. Even though I was expected to work overtime during peak volumes, none of the team manager or other personnels forces anyone to work. People can contribute their part voluntarily
