Work Culture is great. The reporting Manager was good. There were no issues. Good colleagues.

Leadership has to be changed. The Senior Business Leader behaves like a dictator than being a leader. He does lot of micromanagement, the Sr. Business leader has problems with Each employee. For an example. if an employee has to walk away from his/her desk though it would be a small break or lunch break, it is monitored. The Senior Business Leader must change his attitude towards employees, as Gallagher is a great organisation to work but due to these things the organisation will lose it’s productivity in Talent Acquisition if things are same. * Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any good increment and promotion from 2021. I saw partiality on pramotions not considering hard work and tenurity.
