It's good only for fresher to get experience on BPO KPO culture.

You can feel donkey work, there is repeated work everyday, throughout survival in this company. Cut copy paste. There is no growth for experienced people. Salary is extremely less, no hikes, no bonus, no onsite opportunities also no additional amt paid for extra hours we work( shows error n deduct 100%)
