Nothing. The HR department and their recruitment process is absolutely pathetic.

The HR stringed me along for almost 4 weeks asking me to remake my resume according to her taste because apparently the way I represented my skills and experience was too "fancy" for them. After 100 changes and getting me to create one of the most boring resume known to mankind, this person- Divya sends me an SMS...mind you...an SMS on my number after 3 weeks of stringing me along with no assesment test and no interview and explaining almost nothing about my role, and tells me on the SMS that I'm "unfortunately not selected"...Like where was the selection process in the first place???? I wasn't even interviewed nor even given a assignment. This person Divya did not even have the courtesy to send the email from the official company email after creating a long mail trail asking for several changes to that flat and colourless resume that looks like toilet paper. I'm glad things didn't work out in this company that would have squished my creative and colourful spirit. The SMS rejection was the cherry on the cake. It almost seems like she has unilaterally taken the descision to put me out of the rat race. * Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

HR especially Tulsi will act like she is only running the business..but the fact is she doesn't to read properly and talk properly then also she is thinking herself great communicator and for others she will tell your communication is not upto the mark.. Managers should properly manage HR first
