Since working from the first day I have experienced ups and downs.MD sir is so creative and supportive still I am not getting superior like him.He always feel the field oriented issues those others managers are not feel.I have enjoyed avlotvand learn in my three years assosiation.Pray god this company will boom again.all the best.

I left this organization not because of salary hike I am getting from my present organization but because of my immidiate suppriors behaviour and nonsupported ill attitude.

I joined galenus when it starts its journey on 1 July ,2017 , MD sir given me the chance , nobody willing to take me as sales person but he has given me the chance I learnt a lot about sales in launching company it's build my confidence and communicating skills , products are unique compared to other products available in market

First line manager is not good , no knowledge and skill , I got depressed just because of him and left the job 😭😭😭

Though it's like a new born baby, so it's need to much more taking care, some time we thought that my child has grown up now, so we do not concern on the child as much as earlier it's get. So job security of an employee will secure when the organisation will secure right... Work culture is average, as because it's a small company, it can not maintain all office protocol. Management should have to more efficient and effective. Company policy must be developed. Over all good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is little bit transparent.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus few years.....Read More

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but did not get in time, career growth is slow.

It's pharmaceutical organization, Teammates are really cooperating, Training part is well, Job security is low, provided if you will work seriously, if you work hard then career growth is there, Salary in time, though it's a new born baby ,so some times it delay.
