Dislikes

Gain skills media severely underpays employees with salary below industry standards and almost no chance to raise. Promised incentive are either delayed or never given and there is no transparency in the pay structure. Overtime excepted without any compensation making the already poor pay even worse if you looking for fair compensation or incentives this is not the place. Thank you

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
