There is much and more security is provided by Gail and it will also orgainze time to time public awareness programe .there is also a good work environment and the mangement will also appriciable.

Dislikes

There is only one year apprentice programme after that it will not give us a permanent option to work and it will not sure that after you will work here.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the actual fact that I am a member of that type of company who’s involve the all type of Engineering sector.This company gave me a opportunity to learn the practical knowledge of plant section for 1 year. There company policy to efficient for each person.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
