The company is completely work oriented company, they appreciate your efforts while working with focus towards your goal and always available to give chance to an individual on the bases of there qualifications and skill to run on a independent platform. I like the head is always available to listen and discuss ideas with you. Never mind to work with this company again.

Nothing about dislikes it's like company is going through growing mode so it's improving day by day

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
