Overall experience was learning experience.

Well there are lots of dislikes.. like involvement of management to the ground level.. This involvement is good at some place but at some times it becomes havoc.. Because evrytime those people won't be there.. what they will hear from so call 'their favorite people' about some employee... they will believe that.. Every employee isdifferent. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
