Medical benefits and WFH opportunities are the best things Management HR and employees have a good relationship always Free to do switch career enhancement or development.

Dislikes

Appraisal are delayed, they have to provide the appraisal on time. This should have fixed salary scale according to the ratings given. Promotions are delayed too Cab facilities are provided but one part of your salary is deducted for cabs There should be a variable pay outs and other bonus pay outs There are no sports and extra curricular activities like sports etc No team lunch or dinner often provided and no team outings Since Luxoft is a C graded company loans are not getting approved even if it gets approved the loan amount will be very less.. They have to improve a lot on the above topics....Read More

Management does not disturb or assign you unnecessary work if you are tagged to a project. For skill development there are quite number of training’s are arranged. Medical coverage is good.

Dislikes

If you are working to a client location, management will not bother about you and will not know if you are performing exceptionally well or you are just doing your work. In that manner the motivation for work goes down as per my experience. Salary hike is very less from last 2-3 years for most employees there is no hike at all.

Good for only technology related roles. Finance specialist should never look for opportunities in Luxoft. No hike given across organization for 2022-23 and 2023-24 cycle. No hope for 2024-25 cycle as well as there are hardly any projects from clients. Work life balance solely depend on client manager. Apart from mandatory govt benefits (PF, Insurance etc), there are no other benefits.

Everything is best about the company be it salary package,benefits,insurance coverage for employee upto 10 lakhs and for parents upto 7 Lakhs, no micro management,full remote or as per how your project operates,trainings in recognized platforms and supportive Managers.Last but not the least Internal mobility.
