Fusion BPO is a great place to work, to learn a lot, it's a friendly environment to boost your career. I was a fresher when I joined, but learnt a lot from the training team. HR department is very good, helpful.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the operation team (not all team, but the PNB) donot address your issue. HR department is good, they help you, but the career in PNB process, is very decent.
Work Details
The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was a little bit of training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple roles and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
Work days: Monday to Saturday
(Strict Timings)
Work related travel:This is a desk job.
