I am working as Associate developer with this company since Nov 2020. Being from electronic background I don't know anything but I am so thankful to the trainers, managers and my teammates who supported me in all time. They guide, supported and motivated me and trained me on IT skills for my benefit so I can work. Though they could even reject me because lack of knowledge but they didn't do. Being a HR executive it is my responsibility to do the work at time and to get the work done by my batch members as well. Analysing and coordinating as well same time to handle query and on same to provide with an accurate solution to each member.
