I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The people at lower designations are more polite and respectful than the seniors. Otherwise nothing much to like here.

Senior Management is more like dictatorship.No job security.Head of HR is very rude.No scope for growth.The decisions of the company are actually in the hands of 5 to 6 people who have no Management skills.The company is actually not making profits.The process to hire people from reputed organisations is actually a scam as you will be fired before you complete 1 year. Branch manager are too worst they even don't have a single quality of leader how to run and take care of your branch employees. And there is a growth for a person who is always buttering her but if you have any quality then it will be waste of knowledge and they don't even appreciate your work even a single time.
