Work life balance is good. But with respect to paying out incentives the company is very bad. They take years to pay and also don’t pay full amount.

Poor team management. Some employees who work poorly are given a long rope. And the employees who work are repeatedly grilled. Very low pay as well. Below industry standard. Zero scope for travel.

Lot of politics. Teacher student relationship between manager and employee. Forever we have to appease top management. Managers are poor quality and try to oppress you so that u don’t shine.

I joined this company as a Marketing Manager with high hopes, but my experience quickly turned into a cautionary tale about the importance of workplace culture and leadership. Within a month of joining, I encountered a deeply toxic work environment, largely driven by my manager, Shylesh Narayana. His management style was characterized by micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and unprofessional behavior. Despite consistently meeting the challenging and often arbitrary targets he set, I was met with hostility rather than recognition or support. What made the situation worse was the lack of respect for professional boundaries. My manager frequently made inappropriate comments about personal matters, including topics related to religion and ethnicity, which created an uncomfortable and divisive atmosphere. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to team morale and productivity. Unfortunately, the company lacks an effective mechanism to address grievances against him. It appears that he is shielded by his superiors, leaving employees feeling powerless and unsupported. When I raised concerns about his behavior and the unfair treatment I was facing, no meaningful resolution was offered. The situation escalated to the point where my colleagues and juniors expressed their support for me, with some even considering resigning in solidarity. Despite this, my manager’s insecurities and inability to work with skilled professionals ultimately led to my termination during a particularly challenging period in my life. This experience was not just a professional disappointment but also a loss of trust in a workplace that prioritizes personal politics over merit and integrity.
