Mainly no job security u might a call next morning saying we don’t want u anymore u will get ur full nd final settlement without any reason they will fire you if u think this is fake thn I’m the proof and I have 2 more managers who got fire with me.

I havnt seen a single good points about this company. you will not get any respect, they will make you feel like you are working in an sales department of the bank.

They will recruit Engineer for product Engineer role, and basically they will do after sales, customer service. No job security, on the spot you will be asked to leave the company, initially if fresher makes mistake they don't entertain any, they ask to leave company, be ready to work on sunday, only half hour brake in entire day, even if you took 1 min extra from lunch brake, it is not allowed. First of all this is not a company, post MBA they will hire you by promising fake job description and then make you a sales person who does only inbound sales or a delivery boy who does post sale demos by visiting customer house and also they will train you for repairing as well. It has the worse and unethical management one can think about. Atleast be Frank and honest about the job you are hiring for don't play with the candidates future and if you are reading my review as a candidate please do a favour for your self and reject this company without a second thought, believe me you'll not regret it. Don't fall for their growth and products etc yes products are great and growth is also there but for the company no growth for an employee whatsoever he'll be in the same position and same job also they are give a fraud CTC structure. Especially for IBS and other campus placements they just need people to carry out their sales and after sales you'll feel like you are working in a shop rather than corporate office. You can learn a lot of things in a very short spam of time, it gives you confidence and very day we learn different things. The staff is very kind, always open for communications. one of the best companies if want to explore about yourself and learn.
