First of all this is not a company, post MBA they will hire you by promising fake job description and then make you a sales person who does only inbound sales or a delivery boy who does post sale demos by visiting customer house and also they will train you for repairing as well. It has the worse and unethical management one can think about. Atleast be Frank and honest about the job you are hiring for don't play with the candidates future and if you are reading my review as a candidate please do a favour for your self and reject this company without a second thought, believe me you'll not regret it. Don't fall for their growth and products etc yes products are great and growth is also there but for the company no growth for an employee whatsoever he'll be in the same position and same job also they are give a fraud CTC structure. Especially for IBS and other campus placements they just need people to carry out their sales and after sales you'll feel like you are working in a shop rather than corporate office. Believe me the work culture is that bad!!! Pathetic work culture Bogus Job offer Unethical management Lack of growth They make you a technician for home visits. Fake CTC more than 30percent of the mentioned CTC will not be paid at all. It is zero employee centric.
