No job security, on the spot you will be asked to leave the company, initially if fresher makes mistake they don't entertain any, they ask to leave company, be ready to work on sunday, only half hour brake in entire day, even if you took 1 min extra from lunch brake, it is not allowed. Company is very depressing, also the management is very very poor. They hire management trainees from Ibs. Growth is not for graduates they give appraisals growths and promotions to their ibs students only. No matter what you do they will make you feel small only.
