We regret to hear of your experience. This is not consistent with the experience we actively cultivate for our employees, nor is it consistent with the experience reported by the vast majority of our employees. We have an active and healthy pipeline above and beyond having a full workload for our current workforce. It is not our general practice to let people go after projects are complete; the reality is quite the opposite as we seek to retain our consultants as long as possible in the absence of a poor fit or un-coachable performance. Globally difficult economic conditions forced us to make a choice - delay salaries or lay off workforce members. The approach which aligned better with our core values was to delay salaries for a temporary period of time.
