I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Lots to like here. I have been part of this org for long and have seen different phases through which the company and employees go through. Work Culture, Skill development, life-work balance are all praise-worthy. Lately, I am seeing few negtive and demeaning reviews which do not, in any way, align with the companies general conduct. In FG you can take leave anytime that's the only good thing about this company. It's good for beginner level fresher only.

Dislikes

There are so much dislike things in FG such as they won't understand your side in front of client. They will judge you and keep in mind if you won't succeed in any certification. It's a small company they will throw you out of the company with xyz reason and if you are experienced person then they will expect your knowledge like mount Everest. They will give you multiple projects and in that if you haven't completed anything then they will again n again torture you. My experience was not good with this company for sure.
