I remember learning about FEA software for the first time and was pretty shocked at how much room there was for improvement. It can very useful but there are so many annoying things like the GUI, the support, meshes, picking the right boundary condition etc. What is the most annoying thing about FEA for you? Most of all I liked the best time that here digital skills can learn from true and can also learn from others.Apart from this, how to meet people and talk to them. It is well learned here.

I'll say management needs to be evaluated with some external people too... Too many politicians, I mean a lot politics to abide by the work and sweep away your fault on others.
