FEA really needs to analyse the work conditions in which a facilitator works. There are branches which see three sessions getting conducted simultaneously along with 60 students at jam-packed premises. A few branches really feel suffocating and during the summers it becomes quite a mission to cope with. FEA have seen a huge number of resignations since 2019, towards which the administrators must take an empathetic yet corrective look. There seems to be at least two types of classes existing in the organisation. One is of facilitators who forms the majority and the other is of the cohorts of managers (which includes Associate Territory Manager, Territory Manager, Area Manager, Zonal Manager etc) who are supposed to manage and help the facilitators in their day to day functioning. FEA has devised a method of evaluating their facilitators through monthly evaluation rubric, famously known as MER. This system if seen from above is quite great but where the fault-lines appear in this system is when the managers carry out this exercise. Even though the MER have different categories divided with assigned values, yet the numbers are subjective to managers comprehension, attention and depending upon the rapport with the individual facilitators. Facilitators gets evaluated on the MER score which gets circulated with the team, but whether the managers gets evaluated on similar benchmarks is ambiguous and unclear. If the managers also gets evaluated then it must be shared with the team as it gets done in the case of facilitators. There are managers who have been found to behave in a demeaning manner with the facilitators. If FEA really values their majority of work force then they must provide a channel for grievance redressal keeping in mind the values (empathy, active listening etc) which the organization aims to instill in their employees and the targeted beneficiary of the programme. The best thing about Freedom English is work life Balance. My work timing was 7:AM to 3:PM. Which provided me enough time to manage my lifestyle, to develop some other skills too.

They do not tell properly about all works during the training once the person is selected he has to work a lot and doesn't get any kind of appreciation. This organization doesn't trust on its employees.

They want a dedicated people for them that means you should not think about your family friends or any one in your life. Only FEA, think FEA, drink FEA, eat FEA, sleep FEA. It's a facilitator job but difficult not less than a labor job. 8 hours continues standing and speaking in front of students with 15 min break in which you have to complete cleaning, solving students query, giving answer to your managers and so many things and if you are late then you don't know how to manage time. The most important thing thing is beeing a facilitator only you are responsible for any flaws happened in your branch and organisation.
