Most of all I liked the best time that here digital skills can learn from true and can also learn from others.Apart from this, how to meet people and talk to them. It is well learned here.

Here, those people are promoted, whose lives are recognized. There are some people whose behavior is not good.

After working for more than one year I felt my life got stucked only in work, the work timing and management expection are so high to do OTs. They always fix traveling scheduled in such way that you feel like labours during these time.

I love interacting and guiding students to work in their weakness or empowering them to communicate in English. I had 4 batches of diverse aged students who have advanced my life experience by sharing their perspective on various topics.

Dislikes

FEA leave policy doesn't work effectively as I have experience when I was diagnosed with a disease.

My life starts with wonderful thoughts of multiple champs(on Question of the day) and ends with daily interaction with team(with other facilitators and managers).

FEA kept a job security unlike other organizations and even gave a hike in salary at the time of pandemic, which was completely unexpected. The work culture there is so lovely and helpful as well.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like was the change made during time. Management changed it's ways.

I was working in South Delhi branch let me tell you I left FEA after 8 months because of the toxic environment created by mangers and volunteers. ATM ss had threatened me that her brother will beat me of I am going to say anything about her. TM also had threatened me that you had to deal with AM and other staff. FEA is good organisation but these two female made my life hell. Seriously being a boy I was so terrified of these two women. I don't how do they sleep at night knowing that they threatened me ans I had to resigned from the job....Read More

Dislikes

I'll say management needs to be evaluated with some external people too... Too many politicians, I mean a lot politics to abide by the work and sweep away your fault on others. Baised management ( Coz they rely on others) Terrible Promotions criteria (Not based on competitiveness) Note: You shouldn't provide constructive feedback to the seniors even if they ask coz then your final days will start!
