No doubt but you learn so many skills while working here.

I was working in South Delhi branch let me tell you I left FEA after 8 months because of the toxic environment created by mangers and volunteers. ATM ss had threatened me that her brother will beat me of I am going to say anything about her. TM also had threatened me that you had to deal with AM and other staff. FEA is good organisation but these two female made my life hell. Seriously being a boy I was so terrified of these two women. I like to help students and other people who are in need. I like the trainings and workshop because I learned many things from there. The people are very polite here .

Dislikes

There are many people and the vancancies are less, so there is very less chances of growth.

Work Details

There are many works . I manage 4 sessions . In each session , there are 20 students above 15 or 20 . I teach cognitive and Noncognitive skills . Additionally, I counsel them for their career . I prepare them for their job interviews.
