It's the platform where you can continue to learn after being an employee. You will get a lot of opportunities to enhance your skills.

Dislikes

Very limited opportunities to grow. Job security is very low, can remove any position at any time and then ask the employee to join in different departments by following the joining procedure where you may require to have different set of interest and skills from your current role. You are asked to leave in case you don't fit in to another department. Salary hike is very low, limited appraisal.

Managers behaviour with frontline employees is bit rude when they do not meet the expectations, our selection process should be stronger enough to put them out earlier.

The atmosphere of here was very friendly.It was not bossy. People give respect to each other. Provide opportunity to learn new things.

Dislikes

Though I like everything about this job, It requires to improve over time duration for getting efficiency in work.

I found teamwork, everyone is so supportive and helping. Trainers are well trained, they provide all the necessary equipments to all the employees. There is a lot of career growth withing organization. Work-life balance is average. Generally, an employee doesn't get much time to spend with family.

Dislikes

There shouldn't be politics in any one the organizations, there should be balance between work-life.

I remember learning about FEA software for the first time and was pretty shocked at how much room there was for improvement. It can very useful but there are so many annoying things like the GUI, the support, meshes, picking the right boundary condition etc. What is the most annoying thing about FEA for you? What are the biggest issues you face?

Well! first of all salary is extremely poor specially for Rural employees. second thing is favouritism in the promotions. Some well deserved people are still waiting however less deserving people who have zero communication skills and poor English are being promoted as AM. So, if you have ability to keep yourself away from these kinds of things, you must join FEA.

I think trainings are useful.

Apart from initial training, it's not worth working with, extensive working hours, if you want to take leave then arrange your substitution, then work overtime when substitution needs leave, that over time would be 16+ hours long shift including yours shift too, a facilitator has to teach students, bring students by going to places and fill their batches, then handle dropouts, and along with these responsibilities has to manage branch as well....Read More
