Salary package is fine for freshers, but appraisal is very less according to work, growth chances is less and there are fixed promotions.

I liked working as a Teacher itself. I was given the full power to teach students brilliantly and assist Evaluator.

1. The working environment was a bit flexible. As I was surrounded by my colleagues, they were in the habit of backbiting about me, so that I don't get promotion. 2. Their lack or observation. HO staff used to come quite days after to observe us. In a day, I find it impossible to observe somebody precisely.

Well! first of all salary is extremely poor specially for Rural employees. second thing is favouritism in the promotions. Some well deserved people are still waiting however less deserving people who have zero communication skills and poor English are being promoted as AM. So, if you have ability to keep yourself away from these kinds of things, you must join FEA.

Apart from initial training, it's not worth working with, extensive working hours, if you want to take leave then arrange your substitution, then work overtime when substitution needs leave, that over time would be 16+ hours long shift including yours shift too, a facilitator has to teach students, bring students by going to places and fill their batches, then handle dropouts, and along with these responsibilities has to manage branch as well....Read More
