Good flexibility. Again that depends on the project assigned. Free meals, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Projects are mostly AIML based. New learning based on projects. No micro management. Internet and mobile bill reimbursement. Most importantly leadership team is very open and transparant culture. Srikant is amazing person to lead the company.
Most projects are unorganised. Pyhont and React based mostly. For ful-stack, not much java or node based projects. Limited access to learning platforms like coursera. No udemy or others.

Avoid Working with Deepanjan Datta – Poor Leadership and Toxic Work Culture The HC team at Fractal is highly ineffective when it comes to supporting employees. they fail to address critical concerns when employees need them the most. Their inaction raises serious questions about their actual responsibilities. Regarding leadership, Deepanjan Datta is an example of poor management. He lacks fundamental people management skills, micromanages excessively, and shifts blame onto his team instead of taking accountability. His approach creates a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and demotivated. He frequently complains about everyone—his own team, HC, EM, Directors, and even clients—but never reflects on his own shortcomings. Despite portraying himself as a thought leader, he struggles with clear communication, strategic planning, and task delegation. If you are assigned to a project with Deepanjan Datta, think twice before accepting it. His ego clashes with clients, backdoor politics, and inability to lead make working under him extremely difficult. Employees who challenge his poor leadership often find themselves unfairly targeted. The HC team enables such behavior, protecting senior employees regardless of their incompetence or negative impact on teams. Instead of addressing real concerns, they prioritize maintaining the status quo, contributing to a culture of employee dissatisfaction and high attrition. Fractal must focus on leadership accountability—employees deserve managers who uplift teams rather than drag them down. The HR function needs to prioritize real employee support over office politics if they truly value growth and well-being.
