Learning with co workers was good experience.

Dislikes

As a fresher there was a lack of training to grow yourself.

Work Details

I was there to study web projects which has already been developed by our company. To understand hibernate and work with web servers. Basic project was human resource management through bio metric device. As a intern to check and understand all devices.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
