Managers do not value an individual's not everytime but sometimes which I feel .. which is why sometimes I have to take back my suggestion most of the time..The relation Between chef and service team is not that good especially the chefs are not cooperative ..otherwise rest everything's is just over expectation.....Read More

I am not working for Four Seasons anymore since May 2019. Luckily, before Covid and any other redundancy or saving plan was implemented. But to give an anonymous feedback it is always to write a few lines. The best thing about this company is after working with several other Hotel companies you feel the difference overall in terms of the culture and managing. With only few hotels closer to 120-130 properties and under one brand it is the best great thing for someone to grow laterally. Although, growth is slow in terms of achieving your goals, you can always be happy in the operations. Pre-COVID things were nicely planned but post pandemic things started shattering within the company and only those who had connections only survived. Even Corporate had to give away many Regional and Corporate positions in order reduce the overheads, expenses and management of such a vast Home office team.

Dislikes

A bitter experience for someone working for 17 years is that the anonymity of how employees complain to a third party website. It is all about how good you look at your superiors and treat them. Higher or corporate management do not value the number of years you have put in or which school ofthought background you come from or your dedication and loyalty to the chain</mark>. My service was put at stake for a sincere consensus that I supported as per the Law of the land and safeguard modesty of an employee. One constructive feedback from my experience that your loyalty to a brand is not enough to keep the job as long as biased people in the company are loyal to each other. Nothing. The work environment coupled with the Senior Management is unhealthy. A set of inhuman managers acting as dictators. If you're looking for Front office don't prefer this hotel. Very handful of friendly staff

So here it works like if u do a mistake they pull u up and throw u anywhere they want. Employee benefits are low. Cafeteria food is always unhealthy and sometimes not even enough for all staff.

At Concierge it's a good learning but the only drawback being that you're never permanent. One mistake and they throw u anywhere they want
