I wish i could say that four seasons bengaluru is the best place to work with but can't coz the reason is they will betray you when you were thinking that you have made a great choice by choosing that company. The management is so not good. I have faced humiliation at my work. Then they make stupid comparisons and cover it by sayingthat was just a metaphor, but yea jz a little advice for the management that if you want to use the metaphors use it in a way that the other person's feeling doesn't get hurt, managers job is to motivate there people not to make them hate themselves....Read More
