The only thing i liked here was the company with other staffs. They allowed freedom to us.

There Will be no career growth. If look vjob for fresher or for experience, its ok but it's not offer career growth.. And also salary, salary hike is tooo terrible. And this company's top managers behaviors is tooo bad.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
