The company culture was great. There used to be celebrations and gifts during festivals. The work load was also not too much and the timing was flexible during work from home.

The HR department should be more responsive to an employee's queries. The team lead Niharika Arya used to make her team members complete her own tasks. The salary was way below the industry standards. The HR head lady was extremely rude and unresponsive.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I had a challenging experience working with Fortune Business Insights, particularly in the Energy and Power team. High employee turnover is a major concern, with many team members leaving within a year. This raises questions about leadership and management in this division. The work environment felt highly stressful, making it difficult to stay engaged. Many employees seemed reluctant to participate in company activities, and there was a noticeable lack of open communication. A more supportive and transparent approach from management could significantly improve morale and productivity.
