The top management owns the company. Terribly autocratic. If you are even sensed to be critical of them you'll be targeted. Brown nosing is more important than hardworking. All the employee friendliness is just fluff. You'll be on the edge even if you are doing the right thing. Especially if you are doing the right thing. Every one goes about insecure and putting up a fake face. And the most annoying part is the hypocrisy of being environment friendly and ethical. The cxos fly chartered planes and gas guzzling cars.
