Bureaucracy. Managers and TL 's treat you like a puppet. You should not open your mouth infront of them. What ever they say you should nod your head and go then only we can happily survive there. Worst part is micro management. TL feels he is the owner of the organization and always ready to degrade subordinates,no proper training wi ll be given, you should struggle and gather info....Read More
