The work Cultural is very good at Ford Credit, though it is an MNC with US Based company the work life balance is very excellent. The team members are very helpful. Here your hard work & smart work will be appreciated from time to time. Another plus point s that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I work as Credit Manager for Retail Operation in looking after the entire west region of India and sanctioning the proposals within define TAT. Also handling 4 Credit Managers and 13 CPU Executive who directly reports to me. I am directly reports to NCM.
